Peterson Home Inspection Services offer a better solution.
We inspect the home for current deficiencies, and look for future concerns. During the inspection we answer the client's questions as well as explain how the systems of the home operate. We disclose the condition of the home in simple layman's terms that you can understand.
We make use of digital pictures with each home inspection. Photos of deficiencies are incorporated into the report to support the write up and inspection findings.
Time is of the essence: Our computerized system allows us to generate a first class report on-site. The report, summary, and photos are then reviewed with the client to answer any questions that might arise.
Included with each report is a copy of the 62 page Home Maintenance handbook. This book is an excellent source of information for the new home owner. The book covers all of the major components of a house (i.e. roofing, siding, windows, doors, walls, floors, stairs, plumbing, major appliances, electrical system, and the heating/cooling system).
